The SO_REUSEADDR Socket Option Doesn't Work on AF_UNIX Sockets

[POSIX.1][posiz] does not mandate that a socket address family (i.e. AF_UNIX) support the SO\_REUSEADDR socket option for reusing a previously bound address.
