2016: The Year of Machine Code

Jan 2 2016

I hardly ever make New Year's resolutions, but here goes.

In 2016, I resolve to:

  1. Learn amd64 Assembly inside and out.
  2. Learn the Executable Linking Format (ELF).
  3. Learn the Mach-O exectuable formats.
  4. Blog about the above topics, with frightening regularity.

If those four pan out, 2017 may just be the year of the Lisp-that-compiles-to-native-code.
